This Leadership Simulation has the look and feel of a game while simulating
real- world business events and processes.
FLIGBY makes you prove your worth as a leader. In the leadership simulation, you become the General Manager (GM) of a fine Californian vineyard.
Your goal is to make “Turul Winery” a high-performing business and a great place to work. With FLIGBY, we want to show decision-makers how to foster Flow and use its psychic energy to enhance the happiness of their employees, customers, stakeholders, and even themselves.
FLIGBY is a soft skills leadership simulation that puts the learner as a problem solver responding to realistic workplace problems or situations.
Its lessons are built around a series of progressively complex work assignments. In the movie-like virtual reality, each game participant leads a management team of 8 pretty sophisticated individuals.
As the Winery’s new GM, you must build a cohesive leadership team, craft a strategy, handle conflict situations, prioritize tasks, and resolve day-to-day leadership and management dilemmas.
FLIGBY’s game-based learning allows you to experience and see the real-time impact of your decisions and actions. That’s how our experiential learning works.
The Leadership Simulation tests/measures 29 management skills, and at the Game’s end, it provides an individual report to each player on their skillset. For the group assessment, a wide range of benchmarking options are available.
FLIGBY can be more than just a serious game application. To ensure the maximum impact of your experiential learning, we have developed a set of instructor-led actions around the simulation (available for online and onsite setups).
